DELIVERY TO ENGLAND, SCOTLAND and WALES
When we dispatch the goods will be sent as follows.
    

Delivery will be charged at £12.00 + VAT up to 20 Kg for next day delivery.    If you require insurance please ask as  GOODS ARE NOT NORMALLY INSURED.
    

Above 20 kg it is normally an extra 25p / Kilogram.

Next day by 12 noon £15.00 (below 20 Kg)

Or

Next day by 10.30 £25.00 (below 20 Kg)

For small packets we will use a special carrier rate of £7.0.  We do not use the Post Office unless that is requested as we have lost so many parcels that way.  Using the Post Office is at the customers own risk however we may use the Post Office for Highlands and Islands when a carrier is extremely expensive. (see below)

There is a premium charged for delivery to Highlands and Islands' in addition to exports. Post Codes for Highlands are  KW1-4  PA34,37,38,39  PH19-26, 30-40,49 & 50 PH41, sector 4.ALL IV Postcodes This is imposed by the carriers not us!

EXPORTS including Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland

 2008 has brought large delivery price increases both in the UK and abroad.  We have changed to competitive quoting for all Ex UK parcels utilising spare capacity on other companies deliveries.  For that reason we can not give a delivery price abroad until the parcel is packed and ready to go. From experience we do have a good idea beforehand.  This is saving you about 33% in export delivery charges.
    
Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland  now use competitive quotes (see above)
    
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are charged as export on a 3 day service at £30.00 up to 20Kg plus VAT.  Or we can use competitive quotes which on small parcels will save money considerably

RETURNS
Returns can not be made to the PO Box number.  Please contact us about a return first for authorisation and delivery address.  01208 873945

Goods returned have to be carriage paid, we do not have a collection contract.  You may be charged a handling charge depending on the reason for the return.
 
    

There is no charge for major credit and debit cards.  We do not take American Express.
